Probably because they like crawling into things, in search for a hiding place? Loki doesn’t like tubing, he just ignores tp tubes. He sticks his head in sometimes, but he never walks around with it.

I don’t know about others, but Loki doesn’t and neither did my first hedgehog.

Some won’t wheel, or it takes more time for them to find out how it works if they never had one. You can try putting her in the wheel to show her she can walk in it. Make sure the wheel isn’t too high for her, put it on the lowest setting first (if possible with your type of wheel) so she doesn’t have to climb into it. And tilt it back a bit, so she won’t fall out while running. It might just take some time, but I think she’ll figure it out!
